Another trip to this amazing refugee centre saw the delivery of essential medical aid, furniture childrens toys and clothing along with food to assist the centre in continuing its valuable support for the refugees of Ukraine.

Truskavets With 300 hundred mouths to feed and a soviet era kitchen, with which to do it, the Truskavets refugee centre was in desperate need of assistance. Our friend Ben Grzimek reached out to Boxers Barbers 4 Ukraine Co-Founder, Dan Gausden, with a request to help supply an industrial kitchen capable of catering for up to 500 refugees. Ben found the Kitchen and Dan raised funding and support to buy equipment and deliver donated food. March 23rd 2023 our team set off from the Uk, stopping off in Dusseldorf, to load as much of the kitchen as our vehicle would carry, and Wroclaw to buy pots, pans, ladles and a vegetable slicer. Arriving in Truskavets Sunday 26th March to deliver the, much anticipated aid. In response to a call from Boxers Barbers 4 Ukraine, the Ukrainian Scouts had also converged to provide a programme of entertainment and activities for the 100 child residents of the centre. A taste of normality for these displaced children and a chance to be..children. Boxers Barbers 4 Ukraine will continue to support the refugee centre and we’ll report on Truskavets part 2, as it happens.

Shoebox for Soldiers appeal. After collecting Shoeboxes filled with useful items, batteries, power packs food, emergency cookers, building tools and medical aid, we drove to Malyn Ukraine to meet a specialist team where they took our Aid for the soldiers directly to Bahmut on the front LIne.

From Wickford to Borodianka in Ukraine, the team, after loading up the vehichles with the kind help from the mayor of Basildon and the Rt Hon Mark Francois MP… We drove through freezing tempratures, roads unsuitable for most, pitch black through no electricity to the centre of one of the worst hit towns of the War in ukraine.
Delivering much needed generators and humanitarian supplies to the people of borodianka.

Lucy hood from Laptops for livleyhoods dropped off at the barbers £30,000.00 worth of laptops delivered by the Boxers Barbers 4 Ukraine team to Krakow from there they were taken by our contacts to orphanages across Ukraine.
